About the ClubOn behalf of our client, one of the most historic and respected football clubs in Cyprus, based in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit an&nbsp;Accountant&nbsp;to join its finance team.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the club's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, and assisting with accounting processes in a fast-paced and professional environment.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic organization where accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork are highly valued.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Issue invoices, cash receipts, and other accounting documents.</li><li>Process and post supplier invoices accurately into the accounting system.</li><li>Perform reconciliations of suppliers, customers, and bank accounts.</li><li>Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.</li><li>Monitor outstanding balances and assist with payment follow-ups where required.</li><li>Support month-end accounting procedures and financial reporting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant legislation.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.</li><li>Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul>RequirementsEssential Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in an accounting position.</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles.</li><li>Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.</li></ul>Will Be Considered an Advantage<ul><li>Experience in a corporate, sports, hospitality, or commercial environment.</li><li>Experience using accounting or ERP software.</li><li>Knowledge of VAT procedures and general bookkeeping practices.</li></ul>Personal Profile<ul><li>Organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Responsible and trustworthy.</li><li>Analytical thinker.</li><li>Team player with a proactive attitude.</li><li>Professional and discreet.</li><li>Able to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>09:00 – 17:00</li></ul>What is Offered<ul><li>Gross monthly salary of&nbsp;€1,500 – €1,700, depending on experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Five-day working week.</li><li>Stable, long-term employment.</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to become part of one of Cyprus' most established sporting organizations.</li></ul>Last but not least, Dart Recruitment is committed to ensuring a smooth, confidential and professional recruitment process for every candidate. &nbsp;
