At&nbsp;DPCA Ltd,&nbsp;we're&nbsp;looking for a motivated and ambitious&nbsp;Accountant&nbsp;with&nbsp;2–3 years of experience&nbsp;to become part of our growing team. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and building strong client relationships,&nbsp;we'd&nbsp;love to hear from you.&nbsp;&nbsp;In this role,&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;play an active part in supporting both our&nbsp;Accounting&nbsp;and&nbsp;VAT Departments, working with businesses from a wide range of industries while continuing to develop your professional skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;What You'll Be Doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;accounting records and process financial transactions.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare reconciliations and&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with financial reporting.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and&nbsp;submit&nbsp;VAT returns&nbsp;and&nbsp;VIES declarations.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the daily operations of both the Accounting and VAT Departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with clients and provide professional support on accounting and VAT matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;with payroll reconciliations and other accounting tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify&nbsp;opportunities to improve processes and contribute&nbsp;new ideas.&nbsp;</li></ul>What We're Looking For&nbsp;<ul><li>2–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of accounting principles and VAT.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using accounting software (e.g.&nbsp;Axle) and Microsoft Excel.&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication&nbsp;skills in English and Greek.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail,&nbsp;organisation, and time management.&nbsp;</li><li>A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.&nbsp;</li><li>An accounting qualification&nbsp;(AAT, ACA, ACCA or similar)&nbsp;is&nbsp;an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>Why Join DPCA?&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive salary with annual review.&nbsp;</li><li>13th salary.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent working hours that support work-life balance.&nbsp;</li><li>20 days' annual leave, plus public holidays.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous learning and career development opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Work&nbsp;with clients across diverse industries.&nbsp;</li><li>A supportive team that values collaboration, initiative, and growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Team events and a positive workplace culture.&nbsp;</li></ul>
