Leonardo Hotels &amp; Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking a Groups Coordinator for our Head Offices in Paphos.&nbsp;Role OverviewReporting to the Sales &amp; Marketing Director, the Groups Coordinator will play a key role in managing and developing Group &amp; MICE business across our hotel portfolio.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Liaise closely with the Group Manager, Yield &amp; Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, General Managers, and F&amp;B Managers across all hotels</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international travel partners within the Groups &amp; MICE segment</li><li>Develop and expand the partners’ database</li><li>Promote the hotel portfolio locally and internationally for Groups &amp; MICE business</li><li>Attend travel fairs, trade shows, and industry events (local and abroad)</li><li>Create rates, packages, and promotional offers</li><li>Develop marketing content and supporting materials</li><li>Manage group inquiries including availability, quotations, and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure close coordination with hotel operations for conferences, F&amp;B, and events</li><li>Conduct visits to DMCs and corporate partners to strengthen brand awareness and positioning</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong industry knowledge in hospitality, Groups, and/or MICE</li><li>Excellent organizational and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to manage group inquiries, quotations, and operational follow-up effectively</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li></ul>📩 We would be happy to receive your CV via direct application at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=02E48877-4869-4FEC-B4E3-DFCAB5481FB1&amp;v=VAC0152&amp;applynow=true">Leonardo Careers</a>
