Your core mission is to ensure that numbers are highly accurate, processes are completely transparent, and the operational structure is scalable. &nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee Xero infrastructure, consolidate data, and automate reporting flows.</li><li>Architect and oversee the management and financial accounting structures across multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus / EU).</li><li>Strategically coordinate and manage local external service providers (accounting, tax, and audit agencies), ensuring strict quality control of their reports.</li><li>Control the quality of VAT, payroll, IP Box, R&amp;D credits, and licensing calculations submitted by local agencies.</li><li>Generate consolidated management reports (P&amp;L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) to provide the CEO with an objective, transparent picture of the business.</li><li>Act as the primary financial point of contact for lawyers, banks, and tax consultants.</li><li>Systematize workflows so that within a year, the financial operations run smoothly with zero manual data entry on your end.</li></ul> Requirements &nbsp;<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience with Xero.</li><li>7+ years of experience in accounting / corporate finance (IT / FinTech background is a strong plus).</li><li>Experience managing international corporate structures (Cyprus / EU / UK).</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and multi-entity reporting.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>ACCA / ACA / CPA certification is a strong advantage.</li><li>Language: Russian, English</li></ul> Nice to Have &nbsp;<ul><li>Experience in process automation or successful ERP implementation.</li><li>Proficiency in BI systems (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau).</li><li>A strong passion for AI and the automation of financial processes.</li></ul> We Offer &nbsp;<ul><li>The opportunity to shape the financial architecture of a future-proof international ecosystem.</li><li>Complete trust and autonomy: tangible results matter far more than bureaucracy.</li><li>A modern tech stack and innovative workflow.</li><li>Direct collaboration with the CEO and key executives.</li><li>A flexible schedule, B2B contract format, and a zero-micromanagement culture.</li></ul>
