As part of our continued growth, Complyport is seeking to recruit an experienced and commercially minded&nbsp;Senior Manager&nbsp;under our&nbsp;KYC Managed Services&nbsp;to support the leadership, service delivery, quality of services and growth of our KYC Managed Services. The successful candidate will oversee and manage&nbsp;KYC operations, Staff augmentation, Resource planning, Outsourcing arrangements, and financial efficiency, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality services to clients while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the day-to-day management and delivery of KYC Managed Services engagements.</li><li>Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and staff augmentation initiatives to meet client and business needs.</li><li>Oversee outsourcing partners and third-party providers (including tech partners), ensuring service quality and performance standards are achieved.</li><li>Monitor resource utilisation, budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency across engagements.</li><li>Put in place quality assurances controls and monitor performance metrics.</li><li>Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports to the Head of KYC Managed Services, and the relevant Managing Director responsible for Complyport’s KYC Managed Services.</li><li>Support client engagements, service expansion opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Replace the Head of KYC Managed Services when and as required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5–7 years of experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Financial Crime, or Managed Services operations, including leadership responsibilities.</li><li>Strong experience in workforce planning, operations, resource management, staff augmentation, and/or outsourcing models.</li><li>Demonstrated commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, quality assurance, cost management, and operational performance reporting.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Professional certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>A strategic leadership role within a growing and dynamic organisation.</li><li>Opportunities to contribute to business growth and operational excellence.</li><li>A collaborative and professional working environment.</li><li>Provident fund upon successful completion of the probation period.</li><li>Flexible working arrangements and work schedules to support work-life balance while meeting business and client requirements.</li></ul>Get to Know us a Little Bit BetterComplyport is a leading financial services consulting firm and part of the ComplyMAP Group, a global powerhouse in RegTech, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).With over two decades of excellence and a unified presence across five jurisdictions, the UK, EU, UAE, Mauritius and India, we provide a seamless, cross-border platform for all regulatory needs.
