Job Summary:The Assistant to the CFO will provide high-level financial, analytical, and strategic support to the CFO. This role involves preparing financial reports, coordinating budgeting and forecasting activities, managing compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting with the implementation of financial strategies to drive company growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the CFO in overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting</li><li>Prepare accurate financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial models</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance</li><li>Manage month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Participate in strategic planning, risk management, and investment analysis</li><li>Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial transactions to ensure efficiency</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and board materials as needed by the CFO</li><li>Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align financial planning with business operations</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Professional qualification: ACCA or ACA (qualified or finalist)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably within the FMCG or trading sector</li><li>Strong analytical and financial modelling skills</li><li>Good knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks)</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills</li></ul>Remuneration and benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary including 13th Salary</li><li>Bonus scheme based on specific KPI’s</li><li>Pension Plan Scheme</li><li>Medical Scheme</li><li>Preferential prices for our products</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a long-standing dynamic organization</li><li>A collaborative and professional working environment</li></ul>To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to <a href="mailto:cv@rologis.com">cv@rologis.com</a> by end of August 2026
