If you are looking to build a long-term career in the management of EU and nationally funded projects within a dynamic and supportive environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;Support in the daily implementation of projects:<ul><li>Assist the team</li><li>Contribute to the development of content and monitoring deadlines</li><li>Follow work plans</li></ul>&nbsp;Administrative support:<ul><li>Contribute to and maintain all types of documentation</li><li>Collect evidence of events, meetings and other project-related activities</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of project and stakeholder databases</li><li>Contribute to internal and external reporting</li></ul>&nbsp;Assistance on research:<ul><li>Contribute to background, desk and field research</li><li>Identify and contact project-related target groups for field research</li></ul>&nbsp;Support in the organisation and implementation of meetings &amp; events<ul><li>Contribute to the development of meeting and event agendas</li><li>Facilitate registration processes</li><li>Keep meeting minutes</li><li>Support in the organisation of event and meeting logistics</li></ul>&nbsp;Communication project activities<ul><li>Contribute to the dissemination of projects</li><li>Contribute to project and corporate newsletters</li><li>Contribute and monitor website updates</li><li>Contribute to the development of social media content where applicable</li><li>Communicate professionally with project partners, stakeholders and external participants under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring timely follow-up and effective coordination.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Higher education degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, European Studies, Education, Social Sciences, Communication, Project Management or another related field.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). During the initial induction and training period, the successful candidate is expected to work primarily from the office to facilitate learning, collaboration and integration into the team. Any future remote working arrangements are subject to organisational policies and operational requirements. Subject to successful performance, demonstrated readiness and organisational needs, the successful candidate may be offered progression into a Project Manager position.
