Marketing Manager

We looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand into its next chapter. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and is ready to make a tangible impact.

As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the brand, driving growth, and elevating customer experience. You will lead and develop a growing marketing team, while owning the direction and execution of impactful brand strategies.

 

Your Mission & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and market presence.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of initiatives.
• Execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage external partnerships (PR, promotions, events) to enhance brand visibility
• Oversee brand communication across media channels.
• Support product development and oversee new launches.
• Handle day-to-day marketing activities including agency briefs, photo-shoots.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to guide strategy.
• Manage the marketing budget in alignment with the calendar.
• Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, and distribution that meets market demands.

 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager, ideally in food, retail, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree in another discipline with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to lead projects both marketing and cross departmental.
• Familiarity with latest trends in technology and methodology.
• Budget managing and numerical skills / analytical skills to forecast.
• Experience and strong creative ability in design and brand development.
• Excellent Greek and English language.
• Computer literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and e-commerce) able to produce quality report.
