Junior Application Support Consultant / Business Consulting

 

CRM.COM provides subscription billing, rewards and digital money solutions serving clients worldwide with offices in the UK (HQ), Cyprus and Vietnam.

 

We are inviting applications for professionals to join our Service Delivery team in Cyprus.

Job Summary, Duties and Highlights

• Interact with customers to map requirements and solve client issues
• Effectively communicate and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Set up and configure business applications (software development not required)
• Work with colleagues and client resources in a team environment to complete tasks, goals and small projects

 

Essential Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, MBA, Finance or Computing)
• 2+ years of professional experience is preferred but exceptional graduates will also be considered
• Loves technology, cloud platforms and business software solutions
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English,
• Flexible attitude and ability to perform under pressure
• Determination and stamina to solve customer problems no matter what
