 We are looking for ambitious early career professionals to join our team in Limassol.

As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with business clients, supporting their business growth while delivering tailored banking solutions.

Your Impact

• Analysis of financial data and business plans to formulate sustainable financing proposals for new lending and/or negotiation of restructurings of existing facilities, achieve business development and maintaining/improving portfolio quality

• Identifies growth opportunities, promotes the Group's products and services and conducts cross- sales to existing and new customers to satisfy customer needs and achieve objectives

• Manages and resolves customer needs/questions/complaints and responds promptly to their requests to maintain a high level of service quality in accordance with the standards of the Group.

   

 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related fields.
• Master’s degree in a related field or ACCA qualification.  

💼 Experience/ Knowledge

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, banking or related areas.
• Experience in analysing financial and business information.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time, workload, and multiple tasks.
