Main Responsibilities:

• Process and post vendor invoices, prepayments, accruals, and petty cash entries.
• Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Support with month-end and year-end closing, and assist with external audit requests.
• Prepare and maintain daily cash flow and other internal reports.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Support with Tax/Social Insurance related tasks and correspondence.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, Contracts Register, and electronic/physical audit trail files.
• Handle vendor onboarding, database maintenance, and contract renewal tracking.
• Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks. 

Office & Administrative Support:

• Order office supplies, manage courier deliveries, and maintain inventory logs for IT hardware and equipment.

Requirements:

• Education & Qualification: LCCI Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any accounting area.
• Languages: Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strict confidentiality, strong time management, and adaptability.
