bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services.

Currently, bbf: is expanding its internal team and looking for a reliable and hands-on Outdoor Cleaner to join our Client Services department and help maintain the external areas of one of our premium residential properties.
 

Location: Limassol, Germasogeia
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00, including 1-hour lunch break.
 

Cleaning duties are carried out according to an established cleaning schedule/program and include the following responsibilities:
 

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor common areas, pavements and walkways.
  Να διατηρεί την καθαριότητα των εξωτερικών κοινόχρηστων χώρων, πεζοδρομίων και διαδρόμων.
• Clean and maintain the outdoor pool and surrounding areas.
  Να καθαρίζει και να διατηρεί καθαρό τον εξωτερικό χώρο της πισίνας και τους γύρω χώρους.
• Sweep and remove leaves, dirt and other debris from outdoor areas.
  Να σκουπίζει και να απομακρύνει φύλλα, χώματα και άλλα απορρίμματα από τους εξωτερικούς χώρους.
• Clean and maintain the refuse / waste disposal areas.
  Να καθαρίζει και να διατηρεί τους χώρους απορριμμάτων.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking areas.
  Να διατηρεί καθαρούς τους χώρους στάθμευσης.
• Perform window and exterior glass cleaning according to the cleaning schedule.
  Να πραγματοποιεί καθαρισμό παραθύρων και εξωτερικών γυάλινων επιφανειών σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα καθαρισμού.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaner, ideally in hotel or high-standard residential premises.
  Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως καθαρίστρια/καθαριστής, κατά προτίμηση σε ξενοδοχείο ή χώρους υψηλών προδιαγραφών.
• Good knowledge of Greek and English (Russian will be considered an advantage).
  Καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας. Η γνώση Ρωσικών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
• Responsible, reliable and able to follow an established cleaning schedule.
  Υπεύθυνη και αξιόπιστη προσωπικότητα, με δυνατότητα τήρησης καθορισμένου προγράμματος καθαρισμού.
