Sales Admin

Full-time position — Engomi, Nicosia

1. THE COMPANY

CH&P MAOURIS CO LTD, based in Nicosia, is a leading company specialising in wall and floor coverings, sanitary ware, kitchens and technical solutions. We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Sales Admin for our showroom in Engomi.

2. THE ROLE

The Sales Admin supports and coordinates the customer journey, working closely with the Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Accounting teams. The role ensures organised follow-up of customers and orders, from quotation through to delivery and completion of the transaction.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring accurate customer information, reminders and follow-ups.
• Prepare and issue Sales Quotations based on instructions provided by the Sales Team and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse and Accounting regarding orders, product arrivals, payments and deliveries.
• Monitor agreed delivery dates and communicate with customers to support smooth delivery coordination.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team and maintain organised customer/project documentation.
• Provide back-up support to Customer Reception during periods of absence.

4. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• A relevant diploma or degree will be considered an additional advantage.

6. WHAT WE OFFER

• Full-time or part-time employment options, depending on the candidate’s availability and mutual agreement.
• Gross monthly salary of €1,300 – €1,800 for full-time employment, depending on qualifications and experience.
• For part-time employment, remuneration will be calculated proportionally based on the corresponding full-time salary and the agreed working hours.
• 13th salary.
• The company’s standard operating hours are:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00, Wednesday: 08:00–13:00, Saturday: 09:00–13:00
• For part-time positions, the specific working schedule will be agreed with the successful candidate within the above operating hours.
• Training in internal procedures and the company’s ERP system.

The company offers an attractive remuneration package, a 13th salary and a provident fund after six months of employment.
