This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, customer service and premium products who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering a personalised shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, personalised service.
• Present and promote a range of fine jewellery, including gold, platinum, diamonds and precious gemstones.
• Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Work towards individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Assist customers with bespoke jewellery orders and special requests.
• Handle sales transactions, enquiries and after-sales service.
• Maintain attractive product displays and a high standard of shop presentation.
• Support stock control, inventory counts and the secure handling of valuable merchandise.
• Follow company procedures and security standards.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in retail sales; experience in jewellery, luxury goods, fashion or other premium retail environments will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong sales and customer-service mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Good command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones or precious metals will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
