Strategic Assistant to the Managing Director 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the MD through a combination of project management, research, high level administrative and relationship support functions
• Ad-hoc duties from the M.D so as to relieve him from day-to-day work load
• Achieve goals, take actions and complete tasks
• Ensure that the Group’s values and visions are adhered to at all times
• Manage multiple activities

Key competencies:

• Efficient in working under pressure, multitasking and prioritising appropriately
• Business Awareness (Research, Market Analysis, Global trends & news)
• Excellent organisation and communication skills is a must (written and verbal)
• Charismatic and influencing PR skills in client and partner interactions
• Willingness to learn, develop and ambition to progress
• Team player
• Ability to fulfil and execute instructions, anticipate needs, think critically and other offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to write and edit reports

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified ACA / ACCA or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office is essential
• Fluent in Greek & English (both verbal and written)
