Here’s how you’ll make an impact:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Lead and inspire your team—Set goals, train, and motivate staff to achieve top performance.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Drive sales—Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Optimize store layout and merchandising—Ensure products are always available and presented in a visually appealing way.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Enhance customer experience—Oversee customer service to ensure every shopper has a positive experience.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Stock management—Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and place product orders.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Plan and execute promotions—Develop and communicate in-store campaigns and brand events.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Collaborate with sports clubs and wholesale clients—Strengthen community connections to boost brand awareness and drive sales.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">Handle daily operations—Supervise shipments, track financial reports, and oversee cash handling procedures.</li></ul>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAMWe’re looking for an ambitious and proactive leader who is passionate about sports and retail.
