Let's shape the future together!<h4>Job Description:</h4>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Research and identify potential clients in the clinical research and medtech/biopharmaceutical sectors.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Lead the development of ideal prospective Client list inclusive of contacts (segmentation into key categories of projects that will be pursued)</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Provide support for senior management pre and post conference attendance to maximize event ROI.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Utilize technology: CRM, outreach automation, professional social media platforms, and other resources to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Qualify prospects in alignment with ideal company and client profile through initial outreach to determine alignment with company services and client needs.</li></ul>Client Engagement:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Develop and implement script/email templates (laid out over 5 to 10 recurring and multi-channel touchpoints)</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture client relationships and promote CRO services.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects, the business development team and Key stakeholders.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and routing to the appropriate teams.&nbsp;</li></ul>Relationship dev. and Acct management support:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Collaborate with sales and proposal teams to prepare customized presentations tailored to client requirements.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Support contract negotiation processes by ensuring client expectations are documented and communicated effectively.</li></ul>Market Research:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Provide feedback on market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Research Client current scope of activities and required services.</li><li>Engage in meaningful exchanges with the Client's Sr. management team aimed at assessing new possibilities of collaboration and new revenue streams.</li></ul>Sales Metrics &amp; Reporting:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Track and update BD/sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Prepare outreach reports for management, highlighting performance metrics and areas of improvement.</li><li>Advocate on behalf of Clients, respond to complaints and resolve issues.&nbsp;</li></ul>After-sales support and Collaboration:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Contribute ideas for sales strategies and campaigns to enhance outreach effectiveness.</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Conduct timely check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross and upselling.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and contribute to relationship growth and repeat purchases.&nbsp;</li><li style="line-height:107%;margin-bottom:8.0pt;tab-stops:list .5in;text-align:left;">Set bi-yearly mtg to discuss state of relationship, evolution and forthcoming needs.</li></ul>
