We’re small, fast-moving, and looking for people who can take ownership and build with us.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll entries, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Record and categorize transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings</li><li>Generate financial reports for internal teams and leadership</li><li>Work with external accountants or auditors as needed</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements</li><li>Manage expense reporting and vendor payments</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to reconcile ad spend and in-app revenue across platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, iOS, Android)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, ideally in the social casino, mobile gaming, or digital entertainment industries will be considered a plus</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar)</li><li>Comfort with digital payment platforms&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Experience with multi-currency accounting and international reporting is a plus</li><li>Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible, remote-first work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team in a growing niche</li><li>Exposure to the financial inner workings of a high-growth gaming company</li><li>Salary aligned with experience and industry benchmarks</li><li>Room for professional growth and increased responsibility</li></ul>How to Apply: Submit your resume, and your salary expectations.
