About Us:We are a fast-growing forex brokerage group dedicated to delivering a high-quality trading experience across global markets. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA /Monitoring Analyst to join our team and help ensure our customer-facing teams maintain top performance and service quality.Responsibilities:&nbsp;• Monitor, evaluate, and assess recorded calls and written communications to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;• Identify gaps in communication, sales techniques, compliance, and customer service quality.&nbsp;• Provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance and support coaching efforts.&nbsp;• Collaborate with team leads and managers to highlight trends and recurring issues.&nbsp;• Maintain detailed reports of quality assessments and support regular QA reporting.&nbsp;• Suggest improvements to scripts, procedures, and workflows to enhance customer experience.&nbsp;• Stay updated on regulatory requirements relevant to the LATAM region and ensure adherence.Requirements:&nbsp;• Fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.&nbsp;• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally within the forex, financial services, or call center environment is a plus&nbsp;• Excellent listening and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.&nbsp;• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and actionable feedback.&nbsp;• Ability to work shifts covering 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (flexibility required for LATAM time zones).&nbsp;• Familiarity with QA software, CRM systems, and call monitoring tools is a plus.&nbsp;• Knowledge of forex or financial trading services is an advantage.What We Offer:&nbsp;• Competitive salary package.&nbsp;• Career development and growth within a regulated industry.&nbsp;• Supportive team culture with training and development resources.
