Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and grow our social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create premium content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics) that reflects the luxury real estate market·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Write sharp, engaging copy for posts, ads, and campaigns aligned with our brand voice·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan and maintain a content calendar focused on strategy, seasonality, and engagement·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure visual consistency and protect brand integrity across all digital touchpoints·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Track and analyze metrics, report on performance, and adjust strategy based on insights·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely, professional way·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, photography, and design teams to align goalsRequirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advanced knowledge of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Skilled in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong eye for detail and aesthetics; confident in photography, video editing, and visual storytelling·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent English writing skills (Greek and/or Russian is a plus)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury/lifestyle brands preferred·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or paid campaign strategy&nbsp;Apply now: Submit your CV, portfolio, and examples of your content/social media work to y<a href="mailto:Yiotac@1stclass-homes.com">iotac@1stclass-homes.com</a>
