This is your opportunity to join the team behind Cyprus’ most iconic sporting events!&nbsp;About UsEleven Blue Events, the organiser of the largest sports events in Cyprus – the XM Limassol Marathon, the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon, and the Nicosia Marathon, is looking for a dynamic Sponsorship &amp; Events Coordinator to support both the smooth delivery of our events and the growth of our sponsorship portfolio.&nbsp;With thousands of participants and spectators each year, we are committed to creating memorable experiences and making a meaningful social impact through sport.&nbsp;About the RoleThis role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and wants to gain hands-on experience in event management, operations, and corporate partnerships.&nbsp;As a Sponsorship &amp; Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating communications and logistics for our events, as well as managing relationships with sponsors, from outreach and proposals to activation and post-event reporting.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Keep all communication channels, including email, telephone, and social media, up-to-date.</li><li>Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, sponsors, and partners.</li><li>Support directors in event planning and day-to-day operations.</li><li>Research and approach potential sponsors.</li><li>Support negotiations and prepare sponsorship presentations and agreements.</li><li>Coordinate the activation of sponsorship deliverables pre-event, during, and post-event.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for sponsor needs and visibility.</li><li>Maintain accurate sponsor records and provide regular updates to management.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, especially during events.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li><li>Prior experience in event coordination and/or sponsorship is a strong advantage.</li><li>A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>A dynamic and supportive work environment.</li><li>The chance to collaborate with top brands and professionals.</li><li>A role that combines creativity, strategy, and impact.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced industry.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Ready to Join Our Team?If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and be part of events that bring people together through sport, charity, and culture, we’d love to hear from you!
