We are a Law Firm based in Nicosia with 40 years of experience, seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual for the position of lawyer at our property and migration department.&nbsp;The candidate must fulfill the following qualifications:&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience;</li><li>Experience in immovable property transactions and procedures of the lands department;</li><li>Experience with the Civil Registry and Migration department;</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken);</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook;</li><li>Highly organized individual who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment;</li><li>Teamwork-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>To be appointed and work as a lawyer at the property department;</li><li>Monitoring of ongoing cases</li><li>Drafting and/or reviewing sale agreements, management and/or rental agreements, power of attorneys and any other legal documents;</li><li>Having ongoing communication with clients, banks, and other relevant authorities; </li><li>Liaising with Land Registry Office, Civil Registry and Migration department and other Authorities;</li><li>Handling of cases on behalf of client before Land Registry Offices in all districts.</li></ul>&nbsp;The package includes:<ul><li>Competitive salary, including 13th salary;</li><li>Provident fund upon permanent employment;</li><li>Discretionary bonus scheme upon permanent employment;</li><li>Young, dynamic and friendly working environment;</li><li>Fast-growing company with potential career perspectives.</li></ul>&nbsp;Working hours:Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, with half hour break and Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
