Duties<ul><li>Create, manage and execute a Business Development plan for the expansion and growth of the Londou Group of Companies both locally and abroad</li><li>Provide effective and inspiring leadership and input through the implementation processes of strategic initiatives involved in business development, marketing and sales</li><li>Identify opportunities for driving growth and expansion of orders from existing clients</li><li>Help Identify new clients in order to further enhance company expansion and growth</li><li>Build strong relationships with the retailers by ensuring that both new and existing Brands and collections are presented properly and that opportunities for growth are maximized &nbsp;</li><li>Coach, support, inspire&nbsp; and coordinate sales team</li><li>Set Budgets with management and ensure they are met and achieved </li><li>Reporting on a regular basis to the Management on all issues regarding the operations of the Company</li><li>Conduct extensive market research to identify market needs, trends and competitive analysis</li><li>Work closely with Group Marketing Manager in order to assist in setting up marketing campaigns for the Company</li><li>Optimize and develop new sales and business development channels through Technology and b2b systems</li><li>Any other sales and &nbsp;business development duties requested by senior management</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
