DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven&nbsp;Sales Account Manager&nbsp;to lead revenue growth within the&nbsp;Enterprise A2P SMS and VoIP&nbsp;segments. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within both existing and newly acquired enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with a strong understanding of&nbsp;A2P messaging, voice services, and CPaaS platforms&nbsp;tailored to enterprise communication needs.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within enterprise accounts</li><li>Own the full sales cycle: from opportunity discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure</li><li>Develop tailored commercial offers based on client needs (A2P messaging volumes, delivery quality, voice routes, API integration, etc.)</li><li>Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in key verticals (Finance, Banking, High-risk, e-commerce, logistics)</li><li>Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as direct SMS routes, premium voice coverage, delivery analytics, or CPaaS features</li><li>Collaborate with SDR team, Routing, Product to deliver competitive, technically sound proposals</li><li>Track and manage sales pipeline through CRM tools, maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and status updates</li><li>Conduct virtual and on-site meetings, solution presentations, and business reviews</li><li>Keep up with trends in messaging regulations, voice delivery, CPaaS innovations, and competitor offerings</li><li>Represent the company at major telecom and enterprise communication events when applicable</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of B2B sales or enterprise account management experience in&nbsp;telecom, A2P messaging, VoIP, or&nbsp;CPaaS</li><li>Strong expertise in&nbsp;A2P SMS&nbsp;delivery (routing, pricing, sender ID, filtering, regulatory compliance)</li><li>Solid understanding of&nbsp;VoIP technologies&nbsp;(SIP, CLI, termination/origination) and related business models</li><li>Hands-on experience with&nbsp;CPaaS platforms&nbsp;(SMS/Voice APIs, customer engagement flows, multichannel delivery)</li><li>Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in international environments</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)</li><li>Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus</li><li>Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and ability to independently close complex deals</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Existing network of contacts among enterprise buyers, aggregators, and MNOs</li><li>Experience selling API-based communication solutions (SMS, voice, email, WhatsApp, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with telecom compliance and regulations (e.g., DLT, GDPR, local messaging restrictions)</li><li>Background in SaaS or CPaaS sales to mid-market or enterprise clients</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses</li><li>21 days annual paid leave</li><li>Flexible working hours and a supportive work-life balance culture</li><li>Remote-friendly working setup</li><li>Team events and company outings</li><li>Access to professional development programs and continuous training</li></ul> Please send your CV and a cover letter by clicking <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://apply.workable.com/intergotelecom/j/E7F3FBE305/">here</a>.&nbsp;
