What we are looking for:&nbsp;Essential Criteria:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The candidate must be a holder of a university degree in Mathematics.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The candidate must have prior teaching experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The candidate must have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the English National Curriculum.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The candidate must be able to teach, up to and including, GCSE and A Level Mathematics.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Candidates that have QTS and/or are holders of a PGCE will be preferred.&nbsp;Qualities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to inspire and challenge students through the planning and delivery of meaningful lessons.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Commitment to continuing professional development.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in collaboration with all staff members.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience of promoting the language development of students whose native language is not English.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Commitment to working in partnership with parents.&nbsp;Duties include:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Planning and delivering well-structured lessons·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Adapting lessons to each student’s needs·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing feedback to students and parents·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Leading an extra-curricular activity&nbsp;Silverline Private School is an inclusive private English school, which was founded in 2011.
