CELL-FREE GENOMICSVACANCY: Bioinformatician Data AnalystCELL-FREE GENOMICS, Limited, is a biotechnology company based in Cyprus, active in the field of research &amp; development and production of innovative technologies and products in Genetics Diagnostics and Laboratory Medicine.The PositionWe are seeking a motivated Data Analyst-Bioinformatician with a background in Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science or similar, to join our interdisciplinary team. You will be involved in:<ul><li>Lead the analytical components of next-generation sequencing based genetic testing, including the design and application of statistical and machine learning methods to support diagnostic operations.</li><li>Perform computational analyses and provide bioinformatics support across all genetic research activities.</li><li>Develop and optimize software tools and custom scripts to automate data retrieval, analysis, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards.</li><li>Contribute to test verification and validation processes, advising management on statistical methodologies and best practices.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain technical solutions.</li><li>Manage and organize large-scale datasets.</li><li>Support the automation of data storage and retrieval processes through the development of tailored software and scripts, ensuring regulatory compliance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Masters or PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>Strong programming skills (Python, R, or C++) and experience with Unix/Linux</li><li>Experience with next-generation sequencing data analysis, molecular biology, or genetics</li><li>Familiarity with HPC, parallel programming, or relational databases (MySQL)</li></ul>ApplicationsSend your CV and names of two referees to <a href="https://philippos.patsalis@cellfreegenomics.com ">philippos.patsalis@cellfreegenomics.com </a>(subject: Bioinformatician Data Analyst 10/2025).
