The position is ideal for a results- driven professional who combines a deep understanding of hospitality operations with advanced business, analytical, and strategic skills. The successful candidate will act as the owner's direct substitute, ensuring the smooth running, profitability and long-term development of the venue.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor the annual business plan, budget and P&amp;L.</li><li>Oversee menu engineering, product costing, and pricing strategy to maintain profitability.</li><li>Lead stock management systems, supplier negotiations, and cost- control processes.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.</li><li>Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasting for ownership.</li><li>ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and operational standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the kitchen, bar and marketing teams on promotions and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Implement efficient processes and systems that support future expansion</li><li>Uphold the brand image and guest experience standards of The Nags Head Pub.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality sector</li><li>Demonstrated experience with costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and P&amp;L responsibility.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inventory software</li><li>POS</li><li>Excel based analytics</li><li>Proven ability to optimize costs and drive profitability through strategic decisions</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical and leadership skills</li><li>Integrity, discretion and reliability are essential- this role operates with full authority in the owners absence.</li></ul>We Offer<ul><li>Full-time , long-term position based in Limassol</li><li>Excellent compensation package with performance bonuses for the right person.</li><li>Direct collaboration with ownership and the opportunity to influence business growth and expansion.</li></ul>&nbsp;
