Job SummaryWe are seeking to hire an Audit Manager who will be responsible for leading internal audit engagements, supervising audit teams, reviewing findings, and providing strategic recommendations to improve risk management and internal controls.&nbsp;Roles and Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develops and submits the Internal Audit Charter to the Board of Directors for review and approval, ensuring it defines the purpose, authority, responsibilities, and scope of the internal audit function in alignment with international standards and organizational objectives.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal audit engagements in line with the annual audit plan.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes across departments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify control weaknesses and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring cooperation and timely provision of requested information.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor follow-up actions on audit findings to confirm timely and effective implementation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, compliance, and regulatory frameworks impacting the organization.&nbsp;Qualifications and Education Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience of a minimum of 4 years as Audit Manager.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve any issues.In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations is a plus.&nbsp;At Sallaum Lines, we deeply value and respect our employees, recognizing that our success depends on their growth and wellbeing.
