Financial Controller, Pafos, FC/11/25&nbsp;On behalf of a client, a land and real estate developer that focuses on designing and creating luxury residential real estate and world-class resorts, we are currently looking for a dynamic professional for the position of Financial Controller who will join their team in Pafos.&nbsp;Position’s Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Direct and supervise all aspects of the group-wide finance organizations and lead key finance projects within the group.</li><li>Lead, guide, and supervise the finance, tax, and accounting teams of the group while continually enhancing the finance function.</li><li>Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate financial projections and insights to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.</li><li>Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.</li><li>Manage the coordination and completion of annual financial audits.</li><li>Continuously evaluate, advise on and lead key strategic initiatives of the group, including recommendations to create value, exploit business opportunities and enhance financial performance.</li><li>Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.</li><li>Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Maintain the credibility of the finance department by delivering relevant, timely, and accurate financial insights.</li><li>Assist with preparation of the Company's annual operating and capital budget.</li><li>Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Position’s Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) holder</li><li>Proven experience in a financial leadership role, with a strong track record of financial management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in the construction, real estate or hotel industry</li><li>Proven track record of financial leadership, strategic planning, and performance management</li><li>Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English languages</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing finance team</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Working hours: 9:00-17:30If you are interested please apply here:&nbsp;https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17629516561310114171EYC
