Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert consultation to clients on compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and industry standards.• Contribute to the design and implementation of compliance strategies, frameworks, and internal control systems. • Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting reports required by regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. • Support clients in obtaining regulatory approvals for key operational or ownership changes, ensuring adherence to all relevant requirements. • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, reducing exposure to financial and reputational risk. • Perform compliance risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.• Participate in and conduct internal audit reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of corrective actions. • Stay informed of evolving regulatory developments and interpret their impact on client operations, providing timely and practical advice. • Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance principles into daily business practices. • Participate in compliance monitoring reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of corrective actions. • Maintain open and professional communication with regulatory authorities, auditors, and clients on compliance-related matters.&nbsp;Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. • Up to two (2) years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or financial services. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards will be considered an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong ethical standards and professional integrity. • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow professionally. • Junior candidates with no prior experience are also encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.&nbsp;What We Offer: • Attractive remuneration package aligned with experience and qualifications. • A pleasant and professional working environment that encourages collaboration and growth. • Ongoing training and continuous professional development. • Performance-based bonus scheme. • €150 monthly Wolt credit. • Early Friday finish to promote a healthy work-life balance.&nbsp;
