The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting and presenting complex business telecommunications solutions to customers, based on epic portfolio of mobile and fixed products and services.&nbsp;Your Responsibilities:• To interface and consult with customers to understand their needs and gather requirements for preparing a technical proposal for their telecommunication and IT services• To design, document and present complex business telecommunications solutions to customers, based on epic portfolio of mobile and fixed products and services• To assist the customers in planning &amp; implementing moving their services to Epic• To assist epic Business Account Managers to prepare and send technical solutions to customers• Assist the existing members of the team in the project management of the complex delivery of fixed services.• Develop our IT partnership scheme with both sales and technical competencies&nbsp;Our proposition:• Competitive remuneration package• Stimulating monthly bonus scheme• 13th salary• Attractive benefits with comprehensive medical and life insurances and provident fund• Company telecom products with free mobile and internet lines and exclusive discounts for our services with maximum monthly total value of 130 euros• Opportunity for a sustainable career and continuously building skills and expertise in a dynamic technology sector• Hybrid workplace model&nbsp;Your Profile:• Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering Degree preferably with specialization in Telecommunications• At least 4 years’ experience in Telecommunications• Excellent understanding of Fixed and Mobile telecommunications networks and of current Fixed Telecommunication solutions for Business Customers in the Cyprus market will be considered as an advantage• Proven experience in understanding the Cisco Meraki portfolio• Ability to design tailored solutions based on customer needs• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions• Knowledge in telecom network architecture for Telephony, Cellular and IP networks (e.g. SIP, Cloud Telephony, GSM, UMTS, LTE, Wifi, IOT)• High attention to detail and accuracy• Business understanding and changing business context• Very good Communication/Presentation Skills• Fluent in both Greek and English languages&nbsp;Interested to join a team of passionate professionals?
