TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Melior Capital LTD, a private company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus with registration number HE 305965 and registered office at 8 Michalaki Karaoli Street, Anemomylos Building, 3rd Floor, 1095 Nicosia, Cyprus ("Ergodotisi", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website https://ergodotisi.com (the "Platform"), including all services offered to employers and job seekers.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM

Ergodotisi.com operates as a digital employment and recruitment platform enabling:

Employers to post job vacancies and manage candidate applications.
Job Seekers to explore job opportunities, create profiles, and apply for positions.

We provide the Platform as an intermediary and do not participate in the formation of employment relationships between users.

2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

2.1. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals or entities who:

Are at least 18 years of age or legally of age under applicable laws;
Are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2.2. Registration

Users must register for an account to access certain services. By registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information;
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

3. EMPLOYER OBLIGATIONS

Employers using the Platform agree to:

Submit job listings that are lawful, truthful, and non-discriminatory;
Use application data in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the GDPR;
Not impose any fee or financial condition on job applicants via the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove postings that violate applicable laws or our platform policies.

4. JOB SEEKER OBLIGATIONS

Job Seekers agree to:

Ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of all submitted application materials and profile data;
Refrain from any form of misrepresentation or misuse of the Platform;
Use the services solely for legitimate employment search purposes.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not:

Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or discriminatory content;
Interfere with the functionality, performance, or security of the Platform;
Use bots or automated systems to scrape or misuse Platform data;
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. PAID SERVICES AND BILLING

Employers may purchase paid services such as:

Job advertisements;
Featured listings;
CV database access.

All fees are quoted in EUR, inclusive or exclusive of VAT as specified.

6.1. Payment

Payments must be made in advance via accepted payment methods.
An invoice will be issued after payment.

6.2. Refunds

Refunds are only available in cases of proven technical error on our part. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property in the Platform content — including logos, trademarks, software, designs, and databases — are owned by or licensed to Melior Capital LTD.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any content without express written consent.

8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Employers and Job Seekers are independently responsible for the lawful processing of any personal data they obtain through the Platform.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Ergodotisi provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or successful employment outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

Lost opportunities;
Technical malfunctions;
Errors in third-party content.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

You breach these Terms;
Your activity poses a security or reputational risk to the Platform;
Required by law or regulatory authority.

You may request account deletion by contacting us at the address below.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Platform may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any external sites.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Melior Capital LTD regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
