As a Technical PSP Integration Specialist you will be responsible for day-to-day management of PSP integrations, liaising between cross-functional teams such as product team, developers, and operations, ensuring project goals are met.&nbsp;Responsibilities include:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Thoroughly review the technical API Guides provided by the payment service provider for the new method. Understand the endpoints, request/response formats, authentication mechanisms, and any specific requirements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organize meetings and/or training sessions with Product Owners to walk them through the API Guide and explain key concepts, such as deposit/withdrawal journeys, authentication, endpoints, payload structures, and error handling.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gather information to access sandbox and/or testing environments where the relevant team can experiment with the API and familiarize themselves with its functionality.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Highlight any potential pitfalls, security considerations, or compliance requirements that the teams need to be aware of during the integration process.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide the team with sample code snippets, tutorials, or reference implementations that demonstrate how to interact with the API and perform common tasks, such as initiating transactions, handling callbacks, and managing payment flows.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Offer ongoing support and assistance to the teams as they work on integrating the new payment method. Address any questions, challenges, or technical issues they encounter promptly.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure their proper functioning.
