IMH seeks to employ: CONFERENCE AND EVENTS PRODUCER Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify and develop new conference topics aligned with industry trends. • Design and curate high-level conference agendas and content. • Identify, approach, and secure speakers for the conference/event. • Liaise with key professionals, institutions, associations, companies, and other stakeholders to produce conference programmes. • Oversee the full lifecycle of conference production and event execution. • Work closely with other internal departments such as Marketing, Sales and Operations for promotional, sponsorship and logistical purposes. • Develop new and innovative ideas/concepts for conferences and events based on market needs. • Be present on-site on the day of the event, ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of the conference. • Support the planning and execution of international events in Cyprus and abroad, including travel as required. • Undertake any other related duties as required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related field. • Previous professional experience will be considered an advantage (not limited to events). • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of the Cypriot business and economic environment will be considered an advantage. • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
