Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Management<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the Company’s Risk Management Framework and Risk Register.</li><li>Conduct periodic risk assessments and gap analyses across business functions.</li><li>Monitor key risk areas, including operational, financial, and technology-related risks.</li><li>Define and monitor risk appetite and key risk indicators (KRIs).</li><li>Support incident identification, escalation, and remediation processes.</li><li>Collaborate with business units to ensure effective implementation of risk mitigation measures.</li></ul>Regulatory &amp; Governance<ul><li>Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks, including Payment Services Directive 2, Anti-Money Laundering Directives, and General Data Protection Regulation.</li><li>Monitor regulatory developments and support the timely implementation of required changes.</li><li>Prepare and present risk reports to Senior Management and the Board.</li><li>Support regulatory reporting obligations and interactions with competent authorities (e.g. Central Bank of Cyprus).</li><li>Cooperate with internal and external auditors during audits and inspections.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Oversight<ul><li>Work closely with Compliance and Internal Audit functions while maintaining independence.</li><li>Provide risk input in onboarding processes and new business activities (without duplicating AML/KYC responsibilities).</li><li>Support the effective operation of the Risk Committee.</li></ul>
