Manpower Cyprus is partnering with a leading international company in the Construction Materials Industry to recruit an experienced Concrete Plant General Manager for a senior operational role based in Oman.&nbsp;We are seeking a commercially minded and operationally strong leader — ideally based in Cyprus or Greece — who is ready to drive performance, growth, and excellence in a fast-paced industrial environment.&nbsp;About the RoleAs Concrete Plant General Manager, you will have full accountability for plant operations and business performance.
