The Leptos Group has been a leading force in the Cyprus economy for over 65 years.&nbsp;Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel, insurance brokerage, healthcare and education.&nbsp;Leptos Estates, Leading Property Developers, is seeking to recruit for its head office in Paphos, an:Architect&nbsp;Scope and general purpose:Under the general guidance of the Management and Senior Architects, operating within the company’s policies, regulations and procedures, the Architect will join a team responsible for Large - Mixed Use Projects of the Leptos Group.&nbsp;Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare the necessary architectural studies and designs under a script and guideline of a team &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; leader·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be a strong team member, able to coordinate with a team of professionals, designers and engineers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise the progress of works, ensuring the conformity with the project guidelines budget, &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; specifications and time constraints·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As a design team member, collaborate to resolve any issues that arise during design development &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; and construction·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be creative and inspired, able to communicate new ideas.&nbsp;Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree in Architecture·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, supervision and construction &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; of high end large residential and/or hotel and/or mixed-use projects·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of local codes and town planning regulations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in Autocad, Revit, lumion·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work in a team and to be an efficient and inspiring team member·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and presentation skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in the Greek and English languages&nbsp;Salary and benefits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Remuneration package based on qualifications and experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident Fund&nbsp;Apply with CV and include job title and Reference E001Email: <a href="mailto:vacancies@leptosestates.com">vacancies@leptosestates.com</a> All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence
