VACANCY NOTICESECURITY OFFICER - Larnaca International Airport(Fixed term contract)&nbsp;CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, part of the ARI group, the Company managing the Travel Retail &amp; Duty-Free shop operations at both Larnaca and Paphos International Airports, invites applications for the recruitment of a Security Officer (fixed-term contract), based at Larnaca International Airport.&nbsp;&nbsp;RoleTo secure the safety of teams and premises by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment, and to investigate security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;Observe and oversee the sales area for avoidance of shoplifting and assist in the preservation of order in the shop.·&nbsp; Monitor the operation of the shops through Closed Circuit TV Cameras to protect Company assets and interests·&nbsp;&nbsp;Have the responsibility of monitoring and controlling the company’s security systems&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o&nbsp;&nbsp; Open /Close Shops&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o&nbsp;&nbsp; Arm/Disarm the Warehouses Alarms&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; o&nbsp;&nbsp; Supply staff with shop and office keys·&nbsp;&nbsp; Investigate cash differences/discrepancies·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Escort employees when transferring goods from one shop to another&nbsp;Requirements of the Role·&nbsp;&nbsp;Very good command of the Greek and English languages·&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent Microsoft Office skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;High sense of confidentiality and responsibility·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong and pleasant personality, high integrity and sound judgement·&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous experience in security duties and/or possession of a private security guard license issued by the Cyprus Police department will be considered an advantage&nbsp;We Offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Salary €8,38 per hour (minimum €1,380/month, considering 38 hours/week)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;13th salary apportionment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Public holiday compensation (double payment + extra day off)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fully paid induction training·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Free uniform&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Free car-parking·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Employee discounts·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Free Wellness Programme·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Activities and social events&nbsp;ApplicationsCandidates may apply in writing through <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://cydutyfree.com/cyprus-duty-free/cyprus-duty-free/careers">Careers (cydutyfree.com)</a> or by submitting an application letter, their Curriculum Vitae and supporting documents to <a href="mailto:careers@ctcari.com">careers@ctcari.com</a>.
