We are seeking a reliable and responsible Messenger to support daily delivery operations, office tasks, and warehouse-related activities. The successful candidate will ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records, assist with purchasing and provide general support as required by the Warehouse Manager.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver packages, documents, mail, written and verbal messages, and other items safely and on time to the specified location or recipient.</li><li>Plan and organize the most efficient and fastest delivery routes.</li><li>Obtain required signatures and/or payments upon delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of receipts and deliveries, including tracking delivery times and locations.</li><li>Unload items from large trucks and load them into smaller vehicles for delivery.</li><li>Coordinate routine maintenance of delivery vehicles.</li><li>Purchase required materials from local suppliers.</li><li>Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.</li></ul>RequirementsMust Have<ul><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>Strong understanding of routes and directions.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills.</li><li>Basic customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate records.</li><li>Ability to understand and follow instructions.</li><li>Ability to ensure the security and protection of packages, documents, and other delivered items.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to drive for prolonged periods.</li><li>Ability to work and make deliveries in all weather conditions.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 kg.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Reliability and punctuality.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Positive and professional attitude.</li></ul>
