We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our team. As the main point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. The role is fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in great hospitality.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and answering any questions</li><li>Provide recommendations on food, drinks, and daily specials</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system</li><li>Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and well-presented</li><li>Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction</li><li>Handle special requests, dietary requirements, and allergies with care</li><li>Process payments accurately and efficiently</li><li>Set up, clean, and reset tables before, during, and after service</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and service areas</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service</li><li>Address guest concerns or complaints politely</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not essential — training will be provided</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong teamwork and reliability</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays</li><li>Good standard of personal presentation and hygiene</li><li>Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and payments</li><li>Knowledge of Greek and English (Russian is a plus)</li><li>CV and photo are mandatory</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>8-hour working day</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Work in a new, modern venue</li><li>Competitive hourly wage plus tips</li><li>Staff meals during shifts</li><li>Training and opportunities for career progression</li><li>A friendly, supportive team environment</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested please send your CV to <a href="mailto:laverandalimassol@gmail.com">laverandalimassol@gmail.com</a>
