Overview: &nbsp; Welo Data is seeking native Greek (Cypriot) speakers to contribute to a global food delivery project. Your role will involve reviewing restaurant menu items written in Greek (Cypriot)&nbsp;and classifying each one using a standardized taxonomy in Americanized English. This work will help enhance food category recognition across diverse markets.&nbsp;You will interpret menu items in Greek (Cypriot)&nbsp;and select the closest matching English category label from a searchable dropdown. Strong English comprehension is essential for navigating the taxonomy accurately.&nbsp;&nbsp;What You Will Do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Read: Review each menu item's name, category, and description written in Greek (Cypriot).</li><li>Confirm: Check the item photo (if available) to verify the food type.</li><li>Classify: Assign the most accurate Dish Label from an English-language taxonomy dropdown. You can use English keywords, such as "pasta" or "grilled chicken," for quick selection.</li><li>Label: Select a Course Label in English (e.g., Appetizer, Main Course, Side Dish, Dessert, Beverage, Other).</li><li>Add Notes: Provide a brief note for items that seem unclear, ambiguous, or unusual — no row should be left blank.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Project Details: &nbsp;&nbsp;Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1–2 hours total (up to 10 hours maximum)&nbsp;&nbsp; Job Type: Freelance Location: Remote (Cyprus / Greece)&nbsp; Language: Greek (Cypriot) Pay Rate: $9.50/hour &nbsp;&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Native Greek (Cypriot)&nbsp;Speaker: Based in (Cyprus / Greece) .</li><li>Strong English Comprehension: Confidently navigate and select from taxonomy options written in Americanized English.</li><li>Local Food Knowledge: Familiarity with Greek (Cypriot) restaurant menus and cuisine terminology.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a web browser for structured tasks.</li><li>Detail-Oriented: Provide consistent, accurate, and high-quality work.</li><li>Availability: Able to complete the assignment within 1–2 business days after receiving access. &nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Thank you for your interest in joining Welo Data’s community and contributing to this exciting project.
