Sales&nbsp;Consultant&nbsp;&nbsp;Limassol&nbsp;&nbsp;  &nbsp;About&nbsp;our&nbsp;client &nbsp;Our client is a well-established leader in Cyprus’ automotive industry. It employs a team of 200+ staff across Cyprus, well known for their strong culture, and their focus for business and personal growth. The successful candidate will join a strong sales team and will be based in Limassol.&nbsp;&nbsp;Position&nbsp;overview &nbsp;In this role,&nbsp;the&nbsp;selected candidate&nbsp;will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;sales of&nbsp;products&nbsp;while delivering&nbsp;outstanding&nbsp;customer&nbsp;experience at every stage of the sales journey. The successful candidate&nbsp;must&nbsp;be&nbsp;passionate about cars&nbsp;and technology&nbsp;whilst&nbsp;consistently working to meet / exceed sales targets. Key&nbsp;responsibilities&nbsp;include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Present and sell vehicles to prospective customers, applying effective sales strategies and in-depth product knowledge.</li><li>Build and nurture strong&nbsp;relationships&nbsp;with clients and prospects, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from&nbsp;initial&nbsp;contact through to after-sales support.</li><li>Stay&nbsp;updated on industry trends such as&nbsp;new model launches and competitor activity.</li><li>Support and engage in marketing campaigns, showroom events, and promotional initiatives.</li><li>Prepare&nbsp;and&nbsp;submit&nbsp;reports on his/her sales targets/leads.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications &amp; Skills  &nbsp;<ul><li>University&nbsp;degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or&nbsp;related&nbsp;discipline</li><li>Experience 1-2 years in sales</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on&nbsp;influencing others while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;professionalism</li><li>Energetic, positive personality with a confident and outgoing approach</li><li>Results and goal oriented,&nbsp;self-motivated&nbsp;and&nbsp;eager on constant personal development</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team</li><li>Comfortable and keen to use social media channels and digital communication platforms for business purposes</li><li>Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and general computer systems</li><li>Strong&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills in both Greek and English&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What our client offers &nbsp;<ul><li>Annual&nbsp;salary&nbsp;starting €16,250,&nbsp;depending on experience and qualifications, with the opportunity to&nbsp;go&nbsp;significantly higher&nbsp;with the&nbsp;additional&nbsp;commission&nbsp;based on individual sales performance</li><li>A great&nbsp;people culture,&nbsp;with an&nbsp;investment on continuous learning and professional development</li><li>Provident Fund Scheme:&nbsp;Available after probation, with&nbsp;employer&nbsp;contributions&nbsp;at&nbsp;around&nbsp;6%</li><li>Working&nbsp;hours:&nbsp;38 hours&nbsp;per week, 6 days per week, with 2 afternoons off.&nbsp;Additional&nbsp;days off provided for some public holidays that fall on weekends / summer</li><li>Monthly phone&nbsp;allowance</li><li>Group healthcare insurance (optional)</li><li>Continuous learning, professional development, and training opportunities &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
