Cleaning & Housekeeping Staff

<img src="https://ergodotisi.blob.core.windows.net/portal/Venus%20Logo%20new%20with%20grey%201.jpg" alt="">DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Lead, direct and administrate all housekeeping operations</li><li>Recruit, interview and train team members</li><li>Monitor and develop team member performance</li><li>Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to requests and complaints n a timely manner</li><li>Refer and follow up on maintenance issues/problems with Engineering to protect hotel assets, ensure a safe, accident free environment for guests and employees and maintain/improve guest satisfaction</li><li>To ensure that proper image is being maintained by staff members with respect to the Hotel's grooming, uniform and personal hygiene standards</li><li>To establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum co-operation, productivity and morale</li><li>To manage all administrational duties as specified by the Hotel, including the preparation of weekly timetables and schedules</li><li>Ability to organize a multicultural team&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>A t least 3 years experience in the same position in a 5* hotel, or 6 years experience in a 4* hotel</li><li>A degree in hospitality or related fields</li><li>Management skills and critical thinking</li><li>Excellent knowledge of both Greek &amp; English languages</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Must be an EU Citizen or have an EU working visa</li></ul>&nbsp;SALARY PACKAGEAttractive remuneration package based on qualifications &amp; experienceTo apply, please send your CV to: <a href="mailto:manager@venusbeachhotel.com">manager@venusbeachhotel.com</a>&nbsp;
