Interior Designers

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing interior design projects at all stages – from sketches to final implementation.</li><li>Preparing working documentation and technical drawings based on visualizations.</li><li>Visiting project sites (in Limassol) for measurements and site supervision.</li><li>Preparing technical specifications for contractors and ensuring their compliance with the design concept.</li><li>Creating presentations, mood boards, and working materials based on visualizations.</li><li>Selecting finishing materials, furniture, lighting, plumbing, décor, textiles, and other elements.</li><li>Preparing commercial proposals for finishing materials and interior elements.</li><li>Liaising with factories, suppliers, and contractors.</li><li>Communicating with clients throughout all project stages and coordinating decisions.</li><li>Carrying out tasks assigned by the lead designer and participating in concept development. &nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience</li><li>Higher education in a relevant field (Interior Design, Architecture).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, additional softwares are a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize workflow, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Understanding of construction processes and experience in working with contractors.</li><li>Attention to detail, creativity, and initiative.</li><li>Possession of a valid work visa or the ability to obtain one.</li></ul>Conditions:<ul><li>Office-based work in Limassol.</li><li>Working hours: 9:00–18:00.</li><li>Friendly team of professionals and opportunities for growth.</li><li>Participation in exclusive and ambitious projects.</li><li>Competitive salary (to be discussed individually based on the results of the interview). &nbsp;</li></ul>If you are ready for new challenges and want to become part of a premium brand, send us your CV!
