Key Responsibilities:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Handle bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of clients</li><li>Posting sales, expenses and bank payments</li><li>Prepare bank, creditor and debtor reconciliations</li><li>Handling the invoices and processing with accounting transactions</li><li>Prepare VAT and VIES returns</li><li>Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all transactions are recorded</li><li>Liaising administrative support in the accounting team together with the Accounts Administrator</li><li>Prepare accounting files for audit purposes</li><li>Assist the whole team to meet deadlines</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>Qualifications required / Skills &amp; Experience Required:<div style="text-align: justify;"> </div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Fluency in written &amp; spoken English and Greek</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Knowledge of E-SOFT Accounting software</li><li>Proven Working experience between 2 - 4 years in a similar environment</li><li>Sound Accounting Knowledge and Vat Handling on a local and European level</li><li>Ability to work up to a Trial Balance review level and prepare the company for an audit.</li><li>Ability to work as a part of a team and liaise with the company’s other departments</li><li>Strong Attention to detail and confidentiality are a must</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"> </div>Salary offered or salary range: Salary will be commensurate upon knowledge and experience with emphasis placed on the latter.
