We have been in the market for over 60 years and have built a reputation for quality, efficiency and reliability.We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Site Engineer to support the planning, coordination and execution of construction works on site. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors and consultants to ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, programme, quality standards and project requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor progress against programme, drawings and specifications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure works are executed efficiently and safely.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review drawings and technical details, identify discrepancies and escalate issues for timely resolution.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and maintain site records, progress updates, material tracking and technical documentation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support measurements, site instructions and verification of completed works for progress and commercial purposes.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with consultants, project managers and internal departments to ensure smooth site coordination and delivery.CANDIDATE PROFILE·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, site execution and sequencing of works.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organised, practical and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site.QUALIFICATIONS·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3+ years of relevant experience in site engineering or site supervision within construction projects.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good understanding of concrete, finishes, MEP coordination and general construction processes.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience in large or complex projects will be considered an advantage.IN RETURN?·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dynamic working environment with offices in the center of Nicosia.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rapid growing company with strong career potential for the selected candidate.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A very attractive and competitive remuneration package will be given to the selected candidate, including 13th salary.&nbsp;Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to <a href="mailto:hr@kathienitis.com">hr@kathienitis.com</a>.For more information about our company please visit our website at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://athienitis.net/">https://athienitis.net/</a>.&nbsp;
