To fuel that growth, we are hiring a Business Development Executive to sit directly within our commercial team, reporting to the Business Development Manager.&nbsp;What you'll do:&nbsp;–&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cold outreach: high-quality prospecting via phone, email and in-person visits to target businesses; you are comfortable walking into an office unannounced. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead qualification: identify decision-makers, understand pain points, and build a structured pipeline in the CRM. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Product presentations &amp; demos: deliver tailored presentations and live demos of Aseto's Voice AI platform to C-level and operational stakeholders. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proposals &amp; quotations: write commercially sound proposals, prepare pricing quotations, and present offers confidently. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Deal negotiation &amp; closing: lead negotiations through to contract signature, with full commercial accountability. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Relationship management: &nbsp;maintain and grow accounts post-sale, identifying expansion opportunities. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Market intelligence: bring structured, actionable field feedback to the BDM and product teams. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Events &amp; networking: represent Aseto at industry events, associations, and business forum &nbsp;What we need from you:&nbsp;Must-haves –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in software, SaaS, or a related tech sector. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Real cold outreach experience - calls, visits, and email sequences are not new to you. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Confident presenter: you can demo software and tell a compelling commercial story to business owners and executives. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience writing proposals and quotations and negotiating commercial terms. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organised, target-driven, and capable of managing your own pipeline with minimal supervision. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Valid Driving Licence Good to have –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Background in selling SaaS, AI, telecoms, or automation solutions. –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM tools –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation –&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An existing professional network in Cyprus or regional markets&nbsp;Why Aseto:&nbsp;We are not a traditional company.
