As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a driven performance marketer who is equally comfortable owning campaigns and taking on co-directorship responsibilities in Cyprus. The role starts part-time with scope to grow as the activity develops. &nbsp;What you'll do &nbsp;Performance marketing<ul><li>Own and optimise large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads (expert level required)</li><li>Manage and experiment with Meta Ads and other paid channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Implement and maintain tracking setups to ensure reliable attribution and high-quality data</li><li>Use performance metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, retention, cohort analysis) to evaluate and optimise acquisition strategies</li><li>Lead creative ideation for ad concepts, messaging, and formats across channels</li><li>Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns while improving cost efficiency</li></ul> &nbsp;Co-directorship &amp; operations<ul><li>Co-lead the day-to-day management and growth of the B2C activity</li><li>Monitor KPIs and contribute to commercial optimisation alongside the founding team</li><li>Coordinate selected administrative and financial processes locally</li><li>Maintain structured documentation and operational organisation</li><li>Work closely with the international team to align local execution with broader strategy</li></ul> &nbsp;What we're looking for<ul><li>Proven experience managing high-budget paid acquisition campaigns</li><li>Comfortable working across different channels and adapting quickly to new environments</li><li>Strong understanding of B2C funnels, digital acquisition, and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Analytical mindset with solid testing methodology</li><li>High level of autonomy, reliability, and organisational maturity</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable combining marketing execution with operational responsibility</li><li>Based in Cyprus, ideally with knowledge of the local market</li></ul> &nbsp;Why join us<ul><li>Work on products that directly impact millions of users worldwide</li><li>Take on real directorship responsibility from day one, with financial alignment to match</li><li>Join an international, supportive, and ambitious network</li><li>The autonomy to build and grow the local activity your way</li><li>Long-term partnership opportunity as the entity scales</li></ul>
