CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a VIP Account Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a VIP Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers. As part of your role, you will provide fast and accurate service to loyal customers, and oversee a portfolio of assigned customers for retention purposes. Our client is seeking applicants who are native speakers of Greek, who possess strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with any experience handling VIP Clients considered an advantage. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience, including an annual incentive bonus, optional medical insurance, and pension scheme.
