We are currently seeking to recruit a Technician B for the 5* Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol.&nbsp;JOB PURPOSEThe Technician B will support the smooth operation of the Maintenance Department by carrying out maintenance and repair duties in the most efficient and effective manner, according to the Hotel’s policies, procedures and standards.&nbsp;DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>To perform general maintenance and repair works in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas.</li><li>To assist with electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and mechanical maintenance tasks.</li><li>To respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure that all issues are handled professionally.</li><li>To carry out preventive maintenance according to the department’s schedule.</li><li>To ensure that all tools, equipment and work areas are kept clean, safe and in good working condition.</li><li>To follow all Health &amp; Safety procedures and Hotel standards.</li><li>To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.</li></ul>BENEFITS:<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>13th Salary</li><li>14th Salary</li><li>Provident Fund after 6 months of employment</li><li>Training &amp; Continuous Education</li><li>Career Progression</li></ul>&nbsp;REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<ul><li>Graduate of technical school or relevant qualification will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C and general maintenance works.</li><li>Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.</li><li>Team player with a responsible and professional attitude.</li><li>Good knowledge of Greek and/or English.</li></ul>&nbsp;Due to work permit restrictions, only EU candidates are eligible to apply.All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
